Our Story
Central Florida businesses needed a local IT partner. We became one.
When Ali Ebrahim started Computer Supply USA Inc. in 2011, the problem he kept running into was familiar: local businesses — doctors' offices, law firms, charter schools, small manufacturers — were buying IT hardware from whoever happened to be on the first page of Google, getting shipped whatever was in stock, and calling a support number that rang into a call center in another time zone.
The gap wasn't in the hardware. It was in the relationship. Businesses wanted someone who knew their network, knew their budget, and picked up the phone when something went wrong.
That's what Computer Supply USA Inc. was built to be: a full-service IT supply and support partner, headquartered in Longwood, focused entirely on Central Florida. No national call centers. No minimum order requirements. Just real people who know the products and know the region.

How we got here.
Founded in Longwood, FL
Ali Ebrahim founded Computer Supply USA Inc. out of a simple observation: small Central Florida businesses were overpaying for hardware and getting underserved by the national distributors. The business started with repair work and quickly grew into a full hardware procurement operation.
First government & school contracts
Within two years of opening, Computer Supply USA Inc. began serving public agencies and charter schools across Seminole County — organizations that needed competitive pricing and reliable fulfillment without the overhead of a national account.
Expanded refurbishment program
Recognizing that many businesses needed quality hardware at lower price points, we built out a formal refurbishment and testing program. Every refurbished unit goes through a 50-point inspection and a 24-hour burn-in before it leaves our facility.
Authorized reseller status: Dell, HP, Lenovo
After years of consistent volume and customer satisfaction, we earned authorized reseller status with Dell Technologies, HP Inc., and Lenovo — giving our customers access to genuine manufacturer warranties and the full product catalog.
Managed support contracts & HaaS
As more businesses sought predictable IT costs, we introduced managed support contracts and Hardware as a Service (HaaS) — wrapping hardware, deployment, warranty, and support into a single monthly fee.
